Super Sticky Snowballs

 

Ingredients:

1 397g tin of condensed milk

250g desiccated coconut

 

Equipment:

Mixing bowl

Spoon

Mini cake cases

Can opener

Baking tray

Instructions:

 

Mix the coconut and condensed milk into a sticky ball.

 

Using your hands or spoons make the mixture into balls and put them in the mini cake cases on the baking tray.

 

Chill the snowballs in the fridge for an hour.
